Key Responsibilities -
- Customer Interaction: Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms, addressing queries, explaining features, and guiding purchase decisions. Serve in-studio customers as well.
- Sales: Convert inquiries to sales, identify customer needs, recommend products.
- Operations: Support order processing and logistics coordination, especially during peak seasons.
Ideal Candidate: Excellent English communication, warm and persuasive personality, and experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce (especially with Instagram and Shopify).

- Website (Shopify): Enhance visual storytelling by maintaining brand consistency with a unified visual language, working knowledge of Shopify and it’s apps will be a plus!
